A warm welcome to the Captains from President Jessie
The weather today at Burnham was glorious with wall-to-wall sunshine (what a difference a day makes) for this celebration match to mark the centenary of Burnham BC. We received a warm welcome from President Jessie Clark and were well looked after with drinks and a great cooked meal to finish with.
The match on six rinks was played in the usual good spirit and after 21 ends we ended up on with a 116 – 80 win to the Friends.

The top winning rink for Burnham was Rink 3 with a score of 19 – 13
Lead – Di H, No 2 – Trish H, No 3 – Jaz S, Skip – Andrew M
Your captain skipped rink 5 against captain Lee and we managed a 21 -12 win.
We were treated to great hospitality by Burnham BC and much banter was enjoyed by all.
